Friends

We had a house full of visitors last week and weekend. Aliesje came into SLC on Wednesday in order to meet with her new employers at Judge Memorial Catholic High School. She's going to be their new science teacher! Then, on Thursday, Amanda and Kayli headed in to SLC from Sheridan, WY. They came purely for the purpose of seeing us and hanging out in a big city. Both sets of visitors were fun and we all had fun together. :)

Amanda has the same camera as us, so one evening she showed Seth some of its features - like this color highlighting. Seth has had fun messing around with it a bit since then.

And of course, Seth and Kayli had a great time playing together. We had a rousing round of stunt frisbee going in the backyard one evening and several quick trips to the nearby playground.


Other highlights of the weekend were a trip to IKEA with all the girls - Aliesje, Amanda, Kayli, Bethany and Eleanor - and a trip to the mall and the Cheesecake Factory. It was a fabulous time, and since then we've been laying low, attempting to sleep a lot and get back into a "normal" routine.
